Our story starts in the wee hours of the morning. Well before sunrise, well before anyone else is awake.

​In 2024, I experienced a kind of health renaissance. It wasn't that I wasn't healthy before—it was more about realizing how difficult it was to find products, especially coffee, that met my health standards while still tasting great and more importantly, consistently great. Even my favorite local coffee shop couldn't offer a cold brew that tasted the same every time I ordered it, nor could they guarantee the quality of their ingredients. That’s when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create something better.
